New Delhi. On 15th August, Saturday evening, the whole world’s eyes were on Alaska. Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump were seen sitting together on a stage. Seeing both the global leaders, the media present there also showered questions, to which Trump did not respond, but Putin shouted answers.
According to Donald Trump, the meeting of the two leaders was fruitful, however, no deal could be made during this. This meeting lasted for 3 hours, after which Trump and Putin held a 12-minute press conference and left the spot.
Let us tell you that the media asked “Many questions ranging from the death of civilians to ceasefire, to which Trump and Putin did not answer. A journalist asked, “When will you stop killing civilians?” Putin reacted to this as if he did not hear anything. Another journalist asked, “Can Trump trust his words?” Putin and Trump did not give any answer to this either.
Usually the media never asked such sharp questions to the Russian President. But, in Alaska, Putin was bombarded with questions, due to which he got irritated and shouted. On the other hand, Trump was sitting absolutely silent. In the end, Trump said “thank you” to everyone and the press conference was over.
It has been more than 3 years since the war between Russia and Ukraine. In such a situation, Trump is trying to get a ceasefire between the two countries. After the meeting, Trump has made it clear that his and Putin’s meeting was positive. Now he has to talk to Ukrainian President Zelensky and NATO. At the same time, Putin has told Trump that now the next meeting will be held in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
