‘Pakistan is not wearing bangles’, why did Farooq Abdullah start advocating for the enemy country?

Farooq Abdullah said that if the Defense Minister is saying so, then go ahead. Who are we to stop? But remember, they (Pakistan) are also not wearing bangles. They have nuclear bombs and unfortunately that nuclear bomb will fall on us.
Cold war between India and Pakistan is responsible- Farooq Abdullah- Advocating for talks with the neighboring country, he said that the BJP government claims that Article 370 was responsible for terrorism, but even after its repeal on August 5, 2019, the threat of terrorism still persists. He said that I believe that the cold war between India and Pakistan is responsible for this. Unless both the countries start talks and find a solution to this issue, it will not stop.
Defense Minister Rajnath said this in his statement- In April last, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had said that in view of the development taking place in India, the people of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) themselves will demand to stay with India.
