Varanasi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to Varanasi at 10 pm on Thursday night among his family members. He will hold three public meetings in his parliamentary constituency today. He will address the scholars and teachers during various programs at Swatantrata Bhawan of Kashi Hindu University, the visitors from Punjab and other states at Sant Ravidas Temple and the people of Purvanchal at Karkhianv Agro Park.
In this program organized before the Lok Sabha elections, he will also present his achievements of ten years. More than six lakh brochures related to the achievements of the government have been prepared for distribution. This is PM’s 44th visit to Kashi in 10 years.

According to the information received from the PM Camp Office, after night rest, they will reach Swatantra Bhawan of BHU by road at around 10 am on Friday morning. Here, the winners of MP Quiz Competition, MP Sanskrit Competition, MP Photography Competition as well as the meritorious students of Sanskrit school will be rewarded. Scholarship to 66 students of Sanskrit schools, Srikashi Vishwanath Temple Trust will inaugurate the program of distribution of free books, clothes and musical instruments to the students of Sanskrit schools. Will see photo exhibition organized on 12 themes including culture and art of Kashi. The PM will reward the participants who clicked good photographs selected by the team of experts.
Prime Minister Modi will address the participants from this platform of knowledge. After this program which lasts for about an hour, Modi will go to Sirgovardhanpur around 11 am. Langar will be served along with darshan and worship in Sant Ravidas temple. Saint will inaugurate the bronze statue of Ravidas and will address the devotees from other states and districts including Punjab from this platform of spirituality. After the program of about one and a half hour, we will come to BHU helipad and go to Babatpur airport by helicopter. Will come to Karkhianv Agro Park by road from the airport.
PM will inaugurate 36 projects – After inspection of Kashi Banas Complex (Amul Plant), he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 36 projects worth Rs 13202.07 crore from the Karkhianv Agro Park complex. This includes inauguration of 24 projects worth Rs 11007 crore including Amul plant and laying of foundation stone of 12 projects worth Rs 2195.07 crore. At the last moment, the second unit of BHEL, which was to be built at a cost of Rs 1149 crore, was removed from the foundation stone laying list, while the testing machine of IMS, BHU costing Rs 35 crore has been included in the inauguration list. PM will address the public meeting after inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of the projects. PM will leave for Delhi from Babatpur Airport at around 3.30 pm.
