Unexpected victory for BJP in four out of five states
The BJP has got an unexpected victory in the assembly elections held in 5 states of the country. Counting of votes for the assembly elections held in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Uttarakhand, Manipur concluded today amid tight security arrangements.

In Manipur’s 7 seats, BJP has got 32 Congress, 5 NPP, 7 NPF has got 5 and 11 others.
BJP has got 20 Congress 12 TMC 2 others 4 in 40 seats in Goa state.
At the time of Uttarakhand, out of 70 seats, BJP has got 47, Congress has got 19 and 4 seats.
